Our Staff

Home Page >About Us > Our People > Our Staff

At any one time Arc employs about 40 staff. The work is often challenging and the staff and volunteers work under considerable pressure to ensure that clients have every opportunity to become inclusive members of society.  It’s no small challenge but one Arc staff relish!

With this in mind Arc run a Staff Council to strengthen the working and infrastructure of our organisation. We're also thrilled to have been awarded a Silver Award by Investors In People.

Justin Roxburgh, Chieft Executive

“I have spent over 30 years developing affordable housing in both the charitable and private sectors, finding innovative and sustainable solutions for those with little or no budget. Arc is the most progressive and lateral thinking organisation in the sector and I am proud to be its CEO. Our offer is person centred and focusses on people's strengths not their problems. Homelessness is increasing and funding is under, increasing pressure, so we are going to have to be even smarter as we move forwards.”
